  73. 2. Mechanical Rights and Statutory Royalties. Licensor waives
  74. the exclusive right to collect, whether individually or
  75. via a music rights agency or designated agent (e.g. Harry
  76. Fox Agency), royalties for any phonorecord You create from
  77. the Work ("cover version") and distribute, subject to the
  78. compulsory license created by 17 USC Section 115 of the US
  79. Copyright Act (or the equivalent in other jurisdictions).
  80. 6. Webcasting Rights and Statutory Royalties. For the avoidance of
  81. doubt, where the Work is a sound recording, Licensor waives the
  82. exclusive right to collect, whether individually or via a
  83. performance-rights society (e.g. SoundExchange), royalties for
  84. the public digital performance (e.g. webcast) of the Work,
  85. subject to the compulsory license created by 17 USC Section 114
  86. of the US Copyright Act (or the equivalent in other
  87. jurisdictions).
  88. The above rights may be exercised in all media and formats whether now
  89. known or hereafter devised. The above rights include the right to make
  90. such modifications as are technically necessary to exercise the rights
  91. in other media and formats. All rights not expressly granted by
  92. Licensor are hereby reserved.
  93. 4. Restrictions.The license granted in Section 3 above is expressly
  94. made subject to and limited by the following restrictions:

  199. Library (and all parts within it) which have fall under the LDRaw
  200. Contributor Agreement. These parts may be identified by the appearance
